How strong is LEVEL-it®?
We don't recommend this, but…
One day we had to get this heavy milling/drilling machine onto the moveable base we'd made for it. There wasn't anyone around to help and we didn't want to wait. But we had a LEVEL-it®! (We'd probably been wanting to do something like this for a long time.) We made this crane, mounted it onto a LEVEL-it®, attached the back legs of the LEVEL-it® to the floor with some angle brackets, attached the top of the crane to a roof truss, got the chain hoist and lifted away. There were some arguments about how this would work, but by then the milling/drilling machine was in place.
